The Order Path

How many people does a dealer order pass through?

The path today 5 steps
  1. The dealer picks up the phone
  2. A rep looks up price and stock
  3. They confirm the order over WhatsApp
  4. The rep types the order into a spreadsheet
  5. Accounting re-keys the same order into the ERP
With B4Bdex 2 steps
  1. The dealer sees their own price and orders in the portal
  2. You approve it and it lands in the ERP at the same moment

Every step on the left is a wait and a chance to mistype: the wrong price, stock that is not there, a missing line. Cut it to two and your sales team stops writing orders and goes back to selling.

The Cost of Taking an Order

How many hours a month does this chain take from your team?

Replace the four values below with your own. Nothing in the calculation comes from us; the formula is spelled out underneath.

Your numbers

Dealers that order regularly. Leave out the ones that buy once a year.

Multiplied by the dealer count to give your total monthly order volume.

Per order: the calls and WhatsApp back-and-forth, checking price and discount, typing it into a spreadsheet and re-keying it into the ERP.

This is the one assumption, and it is yours to set: the minutes you would still spend on approval, exception pricing and shipping notes once the dealer places the order. If unsure, keep it high.

The starting values are placeholders, not a claim. Put your own numbers in.

Total orders per month: 320

Hours you get back once orders move to the portal 0 hours / month 0 hours / year
Time spent today 0 hours / month 0 hours / year
Time spent in the portal 0 hours / month 0 hours / year

The math: dealers × orders per dealer per month × (today's minutes − portal minutes) ÷ 60. The yearly figure is the monthly one times 12. No other factor is applied.

The result stays in person-hours on purpose. Turning it into money would mean assuming an hourly cost we have no way of knowing.

Your values are written into the message field of the demo form; edit them before you send it.

ERP Integration

Whatever ERP you run, B4Bdex talks to it

An order placed in the portal lands in your ERP right away, while stock, dealer-specific prices and account balances flow back the other way. Both sides read the same data and nobody copies it out of a spreadsheet.

Portal to ERP

Dealer orders, order lines and requests for a new dealer account

ERP to portal

Live stock, dealer-specific prices and discount tiers, account balance and credit limit

ERP Systems

Banks

Dealers settle their balance from the portal and the payment posts to their account.

Your ERP not on the list?

It connects over our open API. Tell us what you run and we will plan the integration together.

Roles

What changes, and for whom?

Nobody picks a dealer portal alone. Everyone at the table wants something different from it, and B4Bdex has a separate answer for each of them.

Sales / Channel Manager

Today Your team spends the day typing up orders that arrived by phone, and you only find out which dealer slowed down or which campaign landed once the month closes.

With B4Bdex Orders arrive from the dealer's own screen, so your sales team stops keeping records and gets back to growing the channel. Field reps place orders on a dealer's behalf during visits, and targets, bonuses and payouts are visible without waiting for month-end.

Finance / Accounting

Today The day goes to "what's my balance" and "can you resend that invoice" calls, and an order that pushes past its credit limit usually surfaces only at invoicing.

With B4Bdex Dealers pull their own balance, upcoming due amounts and invoice copies from their screen. Credit limits and payment terms are checked the moment an order is placed, and a dealer who settles by virtual POS frees up their limit right away.

IT / Systems

Today Every new sales channel lands on your desk as an integration project, a rollout and yet another permission matrix.

With B4Bdex Your ERP stays where it is: products, prices, stock and account movements flow from the ERP into the portal, while orders and payments created in the portal are written back; when the two disagree, the ERP wins. Systems without a ready connector go through the open API, access is limited by role-based permissions, and nobody has to install a separate app.

Dealer (end user)

Today To check a price, confirm stock or learn a balance, they have to catch someone during office hours.

With B4Bdex They order at midnight if they want to, looking at their own contracted price and at sellable stock with reservations already deducted. Case, pallet and assortment multiples are applied on screen, so the order is built correctly the first time, and the portal opens on a phone without installing anything.

Your channel has other roles too: sub-dealers, field reps, warehouse staff. They all work in the same portal, each within their own permissions.

Features

Your Whole Dealer Channel in One System

Customer-Specific Pricing

Every dealer sees only the net price they negotiated. The list price and other dealers' rates never reach their screen.

Live Stock Visibility

Sellable quantities refresh on every sync with your ERP, already net of reserved and blocked units. The dealer builds the order against quantities that actually exist.

Self-Service Account Statements

Current balance, amounts falling due and invoice copies sit on the dealer's own screen, with e-documents pulled straight from the line. An overdue amount shows on the dealer's screen and on yours at the same moment.

Order Approval Workflow

An order that pushes a credit limit or asks for a special price moves through the chain of approvers you define. Who released it, and when, goes on record.

B4Bdex logo

Quick Order and Spreadsheet Upload

For an order running to hundreds of lines, paste a list of part numbers and quantities or upload the spreadsheet you already keep. Anything that fails to match is listed on its own.

Reporting and Dashboards

Which dealers are growing, which product families are slowing, where collections are getting stuck? The dashboard answers all three without anyone building a pivot table.

Role-Based Permissions

A buyer raises orders, a bookkeeper sees nothing but the account, a sub-dealer signs in under its own login. One screen decides who reaches what.

24/7 Mobile Access

The portal reshapes itself for phones and tablets, with nothing to install. A dealer walking their warehouse and your rep out on a customer visit work from the same data.

What teams say after moving their dealer channel to B4Bdex

  • Our dealers place their orders from their own screen. Because they can see the price and the stock while they enter them, far fewer orders come back to us for correction.

Rollout

How We Get Started

  1. Before you start

    Data ownership

Products, pricing and dealer records each get a named owner. Not the person who answers questions, but the one who decides when two answers contradict each other.

  2. First 30 days

    Product, price and dealer data

Product records are reviewed as they will appear in the portal. Price lists, discounts and volume tiers are pulled into a single table, and duplicate dealer accounts are merged.

  3. Days 30-60

    Integration and pilot

The ERP connection is verified field by field: stock, balances and open invoices one way; orders and payments the other. A small pilot group of dealers then shows how the flow is really used.

  4. Days 60-90

    Opening the channel

The channel opens in waves, each with a short walkthrough, login details and help on the first order. The phone line stays open; calls are simply entered into the portal.

This timeline is a framework for the order of the work, not a commitment: what sets the pace is data preparation, not software. After day 90 you watch the share of order lines placed through the portal, the dealers who have never logged in, and how overdue balances move.

Security and compliance

  • Data stays in Türkiye Your dealer, order and account data is hosted in data centres located in Türkiye.
  • KVKK-compliant processing Privacy notices, retention periods and data subject requests are defined as part of the rollout.
  • Role-based access You decide who sees what, and critical actions are written to an audit log.
  • Dealer-level isolation Each dealer sees only their own pricing and their own account; another dealer's data never reaches that screen.
  • We never store card data The card step is completed on your own bank's virtual POS infrastructure.

An Ordering Backbone Built Around Your Dealer Channel

By bringing your entire dealer channel onto one platform, we give you a flexible foundation that is configured around your business, syncs both ways with your ERP, and does not add operational load as your dealer count grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

A consumer store shows one price to everyone and expects payment up front. B4Bdex recognizes the dealer who signs in: their negotiated pricing, the assortment opened to them, their remaining credit headroom and their account balance. Trading on terms, case and pallet multiples, order approvals and sub-dealer structures are built into the system rather than bolted on afterwards.
Yes. You group dealers by turnover, channel or territory and attach a price list to each group, then set separate rates and volume tiers per product family. Where a negotiated deal falls outside the group rule, one line pins a price to a single dealer and a single product. Early-settlement discounts and payment-term surcharges are part of the same structure, not a spreadsheet kept on the side.
You keep your ERP; B4Bdex sits on top of it as a sales channel. It syncs both ways with the systems most companies already run, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP, Akınsoft, Uyumsoft and Nebim among them: products, prices, stock and account transactions come across to the portal, while orders and collections raised in the portal are written back. Where the two disagree, the ERP is always the source. Anything without a ready-made connector is wired up through the open API.
What sets the pace is data readiness rather than software: how clean the product catalog is, how clearly the price lists are defined, how accurately customer records map across. Bring ERP integration into scope and the field mappings on the other side join the list. That is why we do not put a number on the calendar up front: we prove the setup with a small pilot group of dealers, then plan the rollout to the whole network with you, against what your own data actually looks like.
Data is hosted in data centers in Türkiye and processed under KVKK, the Turkish data protection law. The privacy notice, retention periods and data subject request flow are all defined as part of the rollout. Access is limited by role-based permissions and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail. Card details are never stored on our side at any point; that step completes inside your own bank's virtual POS.
A main dealer can carry as many sub-dealers as you need, each with its own login, price list and account. You decide separately whether the main dealer can see its sub-dealers' orders, whether it approves them, and which reports it may open. For manufacturers selling through distributors, the hierarchy is not capped at a single level.
The portal runs on phones and tablets with nothing to install. Out on a visit, a rep signs in with their own account, places an order on the dealer's behalf, checks that dealer's balance and remaining credit headroom on the spot, and records a payment received. Which accounts each rep may touch is set on the permissions side, so nobody works outside their own book.
Collections are part of the platform. A dealer can clear an open amount on their statement, or the value of an order, by card through your own bank's virtual POS, with installment and surcharge rules applied exactly as you set them. Bank transfer notifications go in from the same screen. Once a payment posts to the account the credit headroom frees up, and the dealer who settled is free to order again.
