Real-Time Stock & Multi-Warehouse

Show dealers what is actually available in each warehouse, so nobody orders what you cannot ship

Stock figures refresh from your ERP within minutes. On the product page a dealer sees the current quantity, the warehouse the line will ship from and the arrival date of any incoming batch. Reserved, blocked and sellable quantities are counted separately. When an item runs out you can hide it, open it for backorder or offer a substitute, and the rule is set per product family.

Working Processes

How the process works, step by step

  1. Warehouse Setup

Central, regional and consignment locations are defined in the portal, each marked with the dealer groups it serves.

  2. Stock Sync

Quantities refresh from the ERP within minutes, and you can tighten or relax the interval per product family.

  3. Sellable Quantity

Reserved, blocked, quarantined and pending-return units come off the total to leave the figure that can actually be sold.

  4. Visibility Rule

You choose per product family whether the dealer sees an exact count, a band such as 50+, or nothing beyond in stock and out of stock.

  5. Product Page View

On the product card a dealer sees the count in each warehouse and which one the line will ship from.

  6. Order Splitting

The basket sorts lines by the warehouse they will leave from and tells the dealer how many separate deliveries to expect.

  7. Stock Reservation

Confirming an order reserves the quantity in that warehouse, so the same units cannot be sold to a second dealer.

  8. Out-of-Stock Behavior

Running out does not quietly drop the line from the basket. It waits there with its quantity, and whatever route you set for that item shows up right under it, so the dealer decides before closing the order.

  9. Incoming Batches

Quantities on the way from production or import appear on a line of their own with an expected arrival date.

  10. Back-in-Stock Alerts

A dealer subscribes to an out-of-stock item and gets a notification the moment it lands, with an add-to-basket link inside it.

  11. Post-Shipment Update

Shipped quantities come off both the portal and the ERP, and the sync log raises a warning if the two ever disagree.

  12. Inventory Reporting

Every week the warehouse manager sees what has been sitting on the shelf and what demand walked away because the shelf was empty.
